1 - Children traveling unaccompanied: The father or mother must attend one of the Stations of the Courts provided the child's birth certificate ( original or certified copy ) and an identification document to prove kinship to request authorization.

2 - Child traveling accompanied  by a parent, legal responsible   or over 18 brother or sister: No permission is required , just a birth certificate ( original or certified copy ) or the child and a document that shows the relationship.

3 - Child traveling accompanied  by direct uncles or grandparents: It’s only necessary the birth certificate or the child I.D.

4 - Child traveling accompanied  by people other than relatives: father or mother must attend one of the posts Courts bearing the child 's birth certificate ( original or certified copy ) and an identification  document proving the relationship , and also the companion's  inform data to apply for approval.

5 - Teens: Teenagers (the one between 12 and 18 years old) do not need authorization  to travel inside the country, it’s only necessary an I.D. to prove their age.

Yes , the Minas Gerais State Government enacted Law No. 21.121/14 guarantees gratuity in commuting for over 65 years and disabled people with less than 2 minimum wages individual income . Each bus will have 2 seats reserved for users that benefit.

To qualify for the free ticket you will need to submit the Portfolio SINDPASSE and identification with updated photo . The request for seat reservation must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure and the day of travel will have to attend at the box office of the company to confirm the booking until 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you do not attend , the reservation will be canceled.

Baggage are transported according to Decree No. 44,603 / 07 - For Intercity lines in the State of Minas Gerais.

- Each passenger can transportate  02 baggages in the luggage compartment  with the maximum dimensions of 1 meter in anu direction and maximum volume of 300 cubic decimeters each.

The weight of the baggages should not exceed 30kg if it’s an interstate line or 25kg if it’s an intercity line. Exceeded the weight, the company may charge for excess. Inside the bus, the passenger is allowed to carry volume packages up to 5kg.

-It is not allowed to transport inside the bus anything that may compromise  the safety , comfort and hygiene of other users.

-Beware, valuables belongings carried in bags and/or left inside the bus are your responsibility  .

-Before disembarking  , remember to collect all your belongings. It is also important to remember that objects can fall from your pockets. You should slways check before you leave the bus.

-It is not allowed to carry bags and volumes on the seats or in the hallway .

-If you need to transport valuable things or if the value of the baggage exceed the limits of indeminification provided by legislation, it’s recommended  to declare the value of the item in case of any accident. To do so, you should look for the cargo sector, in business hour.

-The Company is not responsible for transport , even in the luggage compartment  or declared value jewelry , money , and other valuable papers . For your safety and peace of mind , seek to take only the amount needed for the trip. And as our roads make the bus suffers many impacts , are also included objects which by their nature are considered fragile ( crystals , glasses , information or data stored on computers , notebooks and others ) .

-Merchandise  is not baggage, is cargo, and it must be accompanied  by the invoice and be shipped as such . The order is made in the sector of Freight and Orders of the Company during business hours .

- Do not carry in your luggage, without proper packing, fragile objects , liquids and gases of any kind (flammable or not), corrosive or toxic substances and any kind of product that exudes strong odor (pepper, garlic and other ).

-Warning - The bus is not the appropriate vehicle for the transportation  of food intended for human consumption  (ex: cheese , sausage and others) for not meeting the requirements  of ANVISA assurance of integrity and quality, in order to prevent contamination  and deterioration of the product . These products must be transported in appropriate vehicles with their health documents.

-Do not transport wild animals and other forbidden by law , it’s a crime by Law.

-Warning - Do not carry baggage that is not owned or do not know it’s contents. In case of a legal problem , the responsibility  is yours .

-To facilitate the immediate identification  of your luggage , put a label inside with your name and phone number . Externally , also place a label or other object (like a keychain).

-At the time of shipment , watch the tagging of your luggage and accompany it’ placement in the luggage compartment  of the bus.

-Check out the ticket number to identify and store it  safely . It’s is essential for the removal of your luggage at the end of the trip.

-In case of damage or loss , seek immediate the nearest box office, while the vehicle is still in place , present your airline ticket , CPF and ID. Fill in the appropriate form of complaint. If there is no ticket office at this location or is outside the opening hours , requests the form to the driver and fill all data in time.

1 - The transit of animals in commuting in the State of Minas Gerais can only be done with the presentation  of the GTA - Transit Guide Animal , according to the model set by the Ministry of Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento  - MAPA Normative Instruction Nº 18 of 07/18/06.

2 - The GTA will be provided by the official organs, based on the record of origin of the animals and in compliance with the requirements  of sanitary order established for each species.

3 - The transit of dogs and cats is exempted from the requirement  of GTA when these animals are accompanied  by valid health certificate issued by a veterinarian duly registered with the Regional Council of Veterinary Medicine, Federal Unit of origin of the animals , proving the health  and care health measures defined by the veterinary service and public health agencies , especially the proof of anti-rabies immunization .    ( Article 3 of the Inst . Normative 18 - MAP).

4 - For issuance of GTA , on the administrative  units that do not exist or are insufficient in number veterinarians  or authorized officers of the official organs of animal health , the veterinarian not affiliated with the Federal Administration  , as provided in Section 3 , shall meet Qualification  requirements  , according to Normative Instruction No. 15, dated 30.06.06 , the MAP.

5 - The animal should be prepared and kept in appropriate container for transport with compatible dimensions and weight , in a hygienic and clean , free of debris , food or water.

6 - The animal will be transported in the luggage compartment  of the vehicle and may, exceptionally  , be transported in package doors or under the seats , in compliance with the regulatory requirements   on size, weight ( See Transportation  Baggage ) , availability of vacant seats on the bus and if there is no objection from other passenger.

6.1 - The animal can not be fierce or make noises  that disturb the other passengers on the trip.

7 - It will be forbidden  the transport of animals that does not meet the requirements  above, leaving the passenger the responsibility  to its destination without cost to the carrier company.

8 - Only applies the item 3 , in relation to the animal’s health , where the guide dog who must travel alongside his owner inside the vehicle , according to specific legislation.

For other types of animals, you should consult  the  specifc legislation for each species.
